Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies to support company growth.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications:
4+ years of HR experience with a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related fields required. Strong skills in HR tools and Microsoft Office are essential.
