Job Description

Infratel Africa connects Mobile Network Operators through a cooperative model, providing telecom collocation, infrastructure sharing, and other essential services. We are seeking a dedicated HR Manager to lead our human resources practices.

As an HR Manager, you will manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and foster a positive work culture while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree and 3-4 years of relevant experience, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

Salary: N300,00 – N350,00 monthly.
