Job Description
VDSC Consulting Services is seeking a dedicated Administrative / Facility Manager to join our team in Lagos Island, Lagos. This full-time position plays a pivotal role in streamlining administrative processes and ensuring efficient facility operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
- Maintain records and databases.
- Manage procurement of staff uniforms and inventory.
- Schedule monthly production, logistics, and maintenance teams.
- Supervise the logistics team and coordinate daily operations.
- Procure and track fresh fruit processing and storage.
- Develop logistics procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Oversee facility maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
