Job Description
Denam Properties Limited is looking for a qualified and motivated Procurement and Quantity Surveying Officer. In this role, you will manage sourcing suppliers, prepare purchase orders, and ensure compliance with contracts. Responsibilities also include budget preparation, cost analysis, and conducting site inspections.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years experience, and proficiency in procurement software. Strong negotiation and analytical skills are essential.
Full-time position with starting monthly pay of ₦260,00.00. Application deadline: July 30, 2025. Expected start date: August 11, 2025.
