Job Description
IBADAN JOB CONNECT is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Executive to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our company and client business goals. You will design and update HR policies, assist with HR outsourcing operations, and serve as the primary HR liaison between our company and clients.
Your responsibilities will include conducting client check-ins, ensuring compliance with labor laws, maintaining HR records, coordinating training programs, and monitoring employee attendance.
This is a full-time position with a competitive pay range of ₦100.00 – ₦200.00 per month. A minimum of 3 years of HR experience is required. The expected start date is 01/08/2025.
