Job Description
TopHire Africa is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Hausa-speaking Contact Center Agent (CCA) to provide excellent service by handling customer inquiries and addressing concerns effectively in both Hausa and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound communications.
- Respond to customer inquiries in Hausa and English.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate as needed.
- Log customer interactions accurately.
- Achieve targets for quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- B.Sc degree (Second Class Lower – 2:2 preferred).
- Maximum age: 28 years.
- Completed NYSC with a valid certificate.
- Excellent communication in Hausa and English.
Salary: N110,00 / Month.
