Job Description
Seflam SGL is seeking a dynamic General Manager (GM) to provide strategic leadership and operational direction for our EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation) projects. The GM will drive business growth while ensuring compliance with regulatory and local content requirements, aligned with our commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related fields (master’s preferred), with a minimum of 12 years of experience, including 8 years in executive management roles within the EPCI or oil & gas industry. Expertise in project lifecycle management and financial acumen is essential.
