Job Description
Vitel Wireless Limited is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Anambra. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a minimum of HND qualification and at least 2 years of relevant experience to grow their career in Customer Service & Support.
Responsibilities: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, provide product information, process orders, maintain customer records, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements: Minimum ND/HND in Business Administration or a related field, with 1-3 years of experience and a strong command of English, both verbally and in writing.
Salary: NGN 75,00 – 150,00. Full-time position available.
