Job Description
Adkan Services Nigeria Limited is seeking a qualified Security Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology, Security Management, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in private security, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
The successful applicant will demonstrate a robust understanding of security protocols, establish effective oversight of security personnel at multiple locations, and ensure compliance with company standards. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle emergencies are essential. Candidates must be prepared to work night shifts, weekends, and respond to emergency deployments.
