Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to oversee our diverse operations in Finance, IT, Supply Chain/Logistics, Procurement, and other Corporate Functions. This role involves managing administrative, financial, and managerial tasks while leading a team of support staff.
You will develop HR strategies, implement training and development, and ensure compliance with employment processes. Key responsibilities include talent acquisition, performance appraisals, employee relations, and safety planning.
This position is full-time and permanent, offering a monthly salary of ₦450,00.00 to ₦750,00.00. Applicants should have a minimum of 4 years of HR generalist experience and be located in Lagos.
