Betternship is seeking a skilled Learning and Development Specialist to lead impactful training sessions for corporate clients in Abuja. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business, management, and leadership development, along with a passion for fostering professional growth.
Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver tailored training programs, facilitate workshops and seminars, evaluate training effectiveness, and stay updated on best practices in learning and development.
Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of training experience, strong knowledge of business topics, proven success in professional development, and excellent communication skills.
Salary: Starting at ₦200,00 monthly.
