Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and well-presented Hostess to be the welcoming face of Ona Restaurant. In this role, you will greet guests, manage reservations, and coordinate seating to ensure a smooth and pleasant dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally.
- Manage the reservation system and waitlist.
- Assign tables based on preferences and rotation.
- Provide menus and escort guests to their tables.
- Resolve minor guest complaints politely.
Requirements:
- High School diploma.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills.
