Job Description
Join our team at Kennedia Consulting as a Customer Support Representative in Lekki/Ajah, Lagos. We seek a proactive and empathetic individual to be the first point of contact for our customers.
Your responsibilities include responding to inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, resolving complaints, and documenting interactions in our CRM system.
