Job Description
RANN Farms is seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our meat processing facilities and retail outlets. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and managing supply chain logistics.
You will lead a team by training staff, monitoring performance, and managing budgets to optimize costs and productivity. This role also involves preparing reports on operational performance and supporting business growth strategies.
This is a full-time position with a salary starting from ₦150,00.00 per month.
