Fad Design Global is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Credit Recovery Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage and recover outstanding debts from clients, focusing on maintaining positive relationships while resolving payment issues efficiently.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of financial processes, and effective negotiation abilities. Experience in collections or customer service is preferred. You will work closely with our finance team for account tracking and timely follow-ups.
