Job Description
If selected for the Future Talent Program, you will embark on a 12-month immersive development experience at Sidel. You will gain hands-on knowledge through job rotations across various areas of our global business.
Your Mission
After the rotation, you will join the Service Sales team in Lagos, Nigeria, focusing on customer satisfaction and maximizing sales. Your responsibilities include:
- Planning customer contacts and promotions
- Negotiating the Sidel Services portfolio
- Proposing new profitable Services products
- Reporting product performance and issue resolutions
- Analyzing market information and providing forecasts
Your Profile
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering/MBA
- Less than 2 years of work experience
