Job Description
Shalina Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HMO Billing Officer to join our team in Lagos. This full-time role requires managing all aspects of Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) billing, ensuring timely and accurate payments for services rendered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit HMO bills and claims on schedule.
- Reconcile HMO payments and outstanding balances.
- Liaise with HMO representatives to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain records of all HMO transactions.
- Ensure compliance with HMO policies.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. or HND in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HMO billing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
