Job Description
Native Flower is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Control Supervisor to oversee quality assurance processes in our production workshop located in Abuja. This full-time position offers a salary range of NGN 75,00 – 150,00 and is open to applicants with a diploma and at least 3 years of mid-level experience.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring all fabrics and garments meet high-quality standards, managing inventory levels, and supervising workshop staff to maintain a smooth production process. Ideal candidates have proven experience in workshop management, strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
