Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Daytona 247 Peoples Pharmacy and Supermarket as a Telesales/Call Centre Agent. We are seeking a resourceful and hardworking individual who is sales-oriented and eager to excel.
Location: Lagos
Salary: NGN 75,00 – 150,00 Plus Commission
Employment Type: Full Time
Minimum Qualification: HND
Experience Level: Entry Level (2 years experience required)
Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound/outbound calls, respond to inquiries, utilize CRM systems, identify customer needs, and achieve sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
