Job Description
Tulip Cocoa Processing Limited, a leading processor and exporter of cocoa products, is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Ikom, Cross River. This full-time position requires collaboration with business leaders to enhance organizational performance and embed a culture of excellence.
Key responsibilities include aligning HR strategies with business objectives, performance management, recruitment, and employee engagement.
Qualifications: B.Sc / HND in HRM or related fields, 3-5 years of experience, strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law, and HR best practices.
Salary: N300,00 per month.
