Job Description

OMOAREGA CONSULTING LIMITED is seeking a skilled HR Manager with strong verbal and written communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of employment legislation and strategic insight into the labor market.

The HR Manager will manage the hiring process, employee training, and performance monitoring. Responsibilities include ensuring employee satisfaction, overseeing health and safety, and maintaining accurate employee records.

Requirements include a minimum HND/B.Sc in Human Resources or a related field, at least 3 years of relevant HR experience, and excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦250,00.00 – ₦300,00.00 per month
