Job Description
Royal Hospital, a National Health Insurance Scheme accredited health care provider, is seeking immediate employment for a Receptionist/Front Desk Officer in Enugu. Candidates must possess at least an OND/HND in any discipline, be computer literate, proficient in typing, and have strong communication skills. Previous secretarial experience is a plus, and applicants must reside in Enugu.
Responsibilities include assisting with administrative tasks, managing guest inquiries, providing timely client support, and maintaining professionalism in client interactions. Candidates should be able to analyze service issues, build client relationships, and comply with company policies.
