Job Description
Pruvia Integrated Limited is urgently seeking a dedicated Ticketing Officer to join our Sales team in Lagos. In this role, you will engage with customers in person, over the phone, and via email, delivering exceptional service and ensuring a seamless ticketing experience.
Responsibilities: Process ticket orders accurately, provide excellent customer service, answer inquiries about events, and maintain records of sales and inventory.
Requirements: A BSc/HND in a relevant field, 2-3 years of customer service or sales experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with computers. Candidates aged 23-28 residing in or near Ikeja are preferred.
