Job Description
PEM SECURITY GUARDS is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee security operations, ensuring the safety and security of employees, visitors, and assets.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of security guards.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to alarms.
- Identify and mitigate security risks.
- Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel.
- Manage security incidents and prepare reports.
Requirements: 3-5 years of experience, valid security certification preferred, strong leadership and communication skills.
