Job Description

Stardust Technologies Limited is seeking an organized and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to support our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office communications, including phone calls, emails, and scheduling.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize files and maintain office supplies.
  • Assist with basic digital marketing tasks, including social media management and content creation.
  • Design visually appealing materials using Canva.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Canva.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation: ₦120,00 – ₦150,00 monthly salary plus commissions.
