Job Description
Beaconhill Smile Clinic is seeking a skilled Customer Service Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations and manage patient relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service at our clinic. You will lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance to meet our high standards.
Responsibilities Include:
- Supervising and training customer service representatives.
- Managing patient scheduling, billing, and inquiries.
- Resolving patient complaints and collaborating with the dental staff.
Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in customer service in the health sector.
