Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Supervisor to join our team at Ibadan Job Connect. In this role, you will supervise and support care workers in delivering person-centered care while ensuring the quality of care for service users.
You will conduct spot checks, prepare individualized care plans, and provide training to staff while promoting a respectful care environment. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in care or supervisory roles.
