Job Description
Chariot is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer to manage daily HR operations and ensure compliance with labor laws. This role focuses on recruiting and retaining top talent, while also overseeing employee relations, payroll, and staff welfare initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes, including interviews and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records in compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and employee grievances.
- Promote a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, with 2–3 years of experience and strong knowledge of HR practices.
