Job Description
Filmhouse Cinemas Limited, a dynamic film exhibition company specializing in cinema operations and management, is seeking a Front Desk Admin located at our Victoria Island office in Lagos. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, managing communications, scheduling meetings, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include greeting guests, sorting external mail, conducting research, organizing meetings, managing vendor relations, and maintaining office supplies. Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience in a front desk role and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
