Job Description
MacTay Consulting is seeking a dedicated Fleet Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fleet. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal vehicle performance, manage drivers, and coordinate maintenance while adhering to safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise fleet operations and vehicle performance.
- Schedule and monitor maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Track fuel consumption and maintain logs.
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations.
- Monitor driver performance and provide necessary training.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in transport operations.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations.
Salary: N200,00 – N300,00 / Month Net
