Job Description
AirNow Trips Limited is a travel agency dedicated to simplifying and making travel more affordable. We are excited to announce the opening for the position of Customer Service Representative based in Lagos. This is a full-time role.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling incoming phone calls and generating sales leads.
- Assessing customer needs to ensure satisfaction and building trust through effective communication.
- Managing customer complaints and providing timely solutions.
- Keeping records of interactions and processing customer accounts.
Requirements: High school diploma, proven experience in customer support, strong phone handling skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Salary: N90,00 – N120,00 Monthly.
