Job Description
Global Connect is seeking a dedicated Tally Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for examining, counting, and recording both incoming and outgoing cargo at the Terminal. This role involves calculating storage, damage, shipping, and receiving fees.
Education & Experience:
– Minimum OND/NCE in Statistics, Accounting, Business, or Management preferred.
– At least 2 years of experience in Cargo Tally Operations or a similar role.
Required Skills:
– Physically fit and able to lift and stand for long periods.
– Detail-oriented with strong numerical aptitude.
– Basic knowledge of port operations and safety regulations.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in written and spoken English.
