Job Description
Pukena, a leading provider of premium driver and domestic staff outsourcing in Nigeria, is expanding and seeking a Recruitment Officer to join our dedicated team in Lagos (Island). If you have a passion for connecting top talent with the right opportunities, this position is ideal for you!
Responsibilities include:
- Source and recruit qualified drivers and domestic staff.
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates.
- Match clients’ job requests with suitable candidates.
- Support the onboarding and documentation process.
- Uphold the highest recruitment standards for our premium clients.
Work Schedule: 3 days a week onsite (hybrid flexibility).
Salary: ₦100,00 monthly (subject to review after 3 months).
