Job Description

Aluko & Oyebode is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and personal support to our Partners. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining filing systems. The role also involves preparing reports and coordinating logistics for meetings while managing confidential information with professionalism.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are essential.
