Job Description

Bimak Associates is seeking a well-organized and articulate individual for the role of Office Admin. This full-time position will also serve as the Personal Assistant to the Managing Partner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Managing Partner’s schedule, handling office administration, drafting official documents, coordinating logistics for meetings, and ensuring a professional office environment.

Requirements include a minimum of a 2:1 degree in Mass Communication, strong communication skills, an ability to manage social media, and a keen attention to detail. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience.
