Job Description
Welcome to Class Suites Hotels & Apartments, a modern hotel chain located near Muritala Muhammed Airport (LOS) and within Ikeja, Ogudu, Ogba, Agege, and Jabi. We are seeking a motivated Hotel Branch Manager for our Ikeja location.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily operations across departments.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff for excellent guest service.
- Resolve guest complaints and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor finances and optimize profitability.
- Implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain inventory.
- Prepare reports and develop improvement strategies.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree / HND with 3-5 years of experience.
