Job Description
Location: Bourdillon Breakfast & Fries, Abuja
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Line Cook / Sous Chef to join our fast-paced kitchen team. In this role, you will assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating while adhering to high standards of hygiene and presentation.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting meals according to Bourdillon’s recipes.
- Supervising kitchen assistants and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
- Monitoring inventory and assisting in training new kitchen staff.
- Ensuring timely service of meals, even during busy periods.
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Compensation: ₦100,00.00 – ₦120,00.00 per month
