Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Call Agent Officers to join our team at Kenedri Services. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting borrowers to collect overdue payments and negotiating payment arrangements. Maintaining accurate records of loan collections is essential.

You will also handle customer inquiries related to loan payments while adhering to company policies and legal requirements. Excellent communication skills are a must for building rapport with borrowers.

Pay: ₦55,00.00 – ₦80,00.00 per month
