Job Description
Location: Ajao Estate, Lagos
Work Schedule: Mondays – Saturdays
Salary Range: ₦250,00 – ₦300,00
We are looking for an HR Executive at ELVARIDAH who will lead the transformation of our HR systems to align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role. Responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end recruitment, implementing performance management systems, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and advising management on HR strategies.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
