Job Description
Nubia Integrated Mega Technology Ltd is seeking a friendly and organized Customer Support Personnel to serve as the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and partners in Enugu. This full-time position offers a competitive salary between NGN 75,00 – 150,00.
Responsibilities include promptly responding to customer inquiries, resolving product/service issues, maintaining customer records, and providing administrative support. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least 2 years in customer support or administrative roles. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
