Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Onboarding Specialist to join our team at Incash Africa. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in customer onboarding, customer success, or account management roles.
Responsibilities include:
- Guiding new clients through the onboarding process.
- Conducting training sessions to help clients effectively use our system.
- Working closely with the Operations team for seamless account transitions.
- Acting as the main point of contact during and after onboarding.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦100,00.00 per month
