OMOAREGA CONSULTING LIMITED is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently. In this role, you will process orders and modifications while ensuring customer satisfaction across multiple communication channels. Staying calm and composed under pressure is essential.
Responsibilities:
