Soft Intelligent Machines, a technology solutions provider, is seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager in Lagos with some work-from-home flexibility. The HR Manager will handle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Key responsibilities also include developing HR policies and managing employee benefits to foster a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications include strong skills in recruitment and employee retention, experience in conflict resolution, knowledge of labor laws, and excellent communication skills.
