Job Description

Kennedia Consulting Limited is seeking a dedicated and professional Contact Centre Agent to join our team. As the primary point of contact for customers, you will address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle customer interactions.
  • Address inquiries and resolve complaints.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve goals.

Requirements:

  • BSc Degree required.
  • Must have completed NYSC.
  • Fluency in Hausa is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Aged 26 or younger at application time.
  • Proven customer service experience.

Salary: N101,00 Monthly.
