Job Description
ICS Outsourcing Limited is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Contact Center Agent to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide exceptional customer service, and resolve inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on issues, surveys, or campaigns.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum OND/NCE; Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.
- Experience in a call center or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Salary: N100,00/month.
