Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy and workplace culture. Your key responsibilities will include managing end-to-end recruitment, supporting HR policy development, handling employee relations, coordinating training programs, and maintaining compliance with labor laws.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, 3-4 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of labor laws, and excellent communication skills. We offer a competitive salary of N180,00 – N200,00 per month, opportunities for growth, and a collaborative work environment.
