Job Description

UBACLE GROUP LIMITED is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to enhance our team. Key responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, organizing appointments, planning meetings, and providing general support to visitors. You will assist in report preparation, maintain filing systems, update office policies, order supplies, and handle travel arrangements.

Qualifications include a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent communication abilities. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.

This is a full-time position.
