Job Description
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Salary: ₦200,00 – ₦300,00 monthly (plus HMO, performance bonuses, sales commission, and access to training & career development)
Jimlad Dev Limited is looking for a proactive Head of Customer Care to lead our customer service team. The successful candidate will develop service policies, manage escalations, and ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer care leadership.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
