Job Description
Location: Lagos (Ajah, Ikota, Festac)
Salary: ₦100,00 monthly (includes HMO, performance bonuses, sales commission, and access to training & career development)
Jimlad Dev Limited is seeking experienced Sales Supervisors to lead our sales teams in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will guide sales agents, drive performance, and achieve targets aligned with our company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate field sales teams.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Analyze sales activities and market conditions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business or Marketing.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in sales.
