Job Description
Brenhazy Limited, a privately owned Nigerian company established in 2014, specializes in providing Manpower Services, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services. We are currently seeking a dynamic Head of Administration to join our team in Lekki, Lagos.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate documentation for property sales, leases, and purchases.
- Manage client correspondence and maintain proper property records.
- Liaise with surveyors, legal teams, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years of experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Salary: N300,00 – N350,00 Monthly.
